Hello!
IāM JANELLE TEESDALE
I am a third-year Industrial Design student at the Rochester Institute of Technology. Through my experiences, I have learned to apply my creative and analytical skills to solve real-world problems. Being from Brooklyn, New York, I witnessed many wasteful designs that inspired me to produce sustainable and valuable products. My ultimate goal is to become a professional designer who creates products that can be utilized in any building setting, whether commercial or residential. I believe that a good product is ergonomic, functional, and aesthetically pleasing.
I enjoy experimenting with different mediums and crafts. I prefer using markers, graphite, and digital applications for my two-dimensional work. For most of my three-dimensional work, I use physical methods such as model-making, 3D printing, and material manipulation (such as with metals or wood) or digital software like Fusion, Keyshot, Revit, and many more to bring my ideas to reality.
